- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1½ c. sugar
- 2 c. whole milk, OR 1 c. evaporated milk and 1 c. water, OR use 2% milk, but increase to 3 eggs to make it richer.
- 1 T. vanilla flavoring
Mix eggs, flavoring, sugar, and milk well.
Add about a gallon of fluffy, freshly fallen snow (no sleet or freezing rain mixed in). Mix snow in using a folding motion until mixture thickens to soft-serve consistency or a little stiffer.You can freeze leftovers. And if your bowl of snow cream melts too fast, add a bit more snow.
