- Two 15 oz cans of pumpkin or sweet potato, drained and mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla flavoring
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 unbaked pie shells
To make the topping:
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 stick butter, softened slightly
Bake at 375º for 32-35 minutes.
Serve with cool whip.
